Soccer and Volleyball Concession Schedule (Fall 2009)
Attached is the Soccer and Volleyball concession schedule. It is in three different formats for each sport. They are: Coaches name, Parents last name, and Date of work.
The rainout line for concession work only is (314) 293-2827 and our hotline box number is 2278. Parents need to call this line in case of inclement weather – and only for the days they are working concession – we will be charged extra if there are a ton of calls to the line. If they are rained out, they will be rescheduled at a later time. There will be a sign in book inside the concession stand. Make sure you sign it when you work. If you don’t sign the book – we have no proof you worked your shift. I will bring it up with me Friday evening (I may not be there at the start of the shift, I am flying in from Chicago, but I should be there by 6:30pm).Float – the float position will fill in wherever help is needed, and will walk the fields during games as well.Handout: Soccer and Volleyball 2009 Concession Schedule

All Saints Annual Soccer Tournament
Dear Coaches and Team Managers,
It is once again time for our annual soccer tournament.
Our tournament starts August 21st and concludes on August 30th 2009.
We are hosting Kindergarten, 1st, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade boys and girls teams.
The tournament will be held at the St. Peters Sports Complex (Neidner Park) on the North Service Rd. in Old Town St. Peters. The tournament is a consolidation bracket format (2 game guarantee) for Kindergarten and 1st Grade, and double elimination format (2 game guarantee) for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Grade. Team trophies will be for 1st, 2nd, and Consolation winner and individual trophies for 1st place and plaques for 2nd place. Last year’s tournament had over 80 teams from CYA and CYC, from both St. Louis and St. Charles County!
Registration will close August 8th, 2009 so enter as soon as possible to secure your team a spot. Entry fees: $100 -------- Kindergarten and 1st Grade and $115 -------- 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Grade
To enroll your team, please fill out the enclosed registration form and return it along with a check for the team’s entry fee made out to: All Saints Athletic Association

ALL SAINTS Basketball Concession Schedule
Attached are the current Basketball Concession Schedules for the upcoming season.
Parents – please double check the schedule. Due to additional players signing up, and the changes in tournament schedules, your concession stand times may have changed. Most shifts were reduced, and you will be working anywhere between 6-7 hours per child playing. There is a variance because it was logistically impossible to fit in the remaining players without drastically changing the dates you originally signed up for. I did my best, and have already decided on the way to fix this for next year (2008 was our first, “learning” year for this process!). If you cannot work your date, please call anyone else on the list to switch your concession date. For record keeping purposes, please email any changes to Molly Culp at mculp@mts-stl.org . When working, there will be a sign in book located in the concession stand. Please be sure to sign in, on the appropriate date’s sheet.You have been assigned a particular position during your time – it is denoted by CG or GM.
CG – Concession Booth or Admission Gate.
GM – Gym Monitor. This person monitors each game and deals with unruly fans. Also helps to setup and break down the gym/concession stand, and help restocks the concession stand during games.

Prepaid All Saints Gym Admission Cards
All Saints Gym Prepaid Admission Card
Anyone else never carry cash? Have to scrounge through your car to dig up enough change to get into your child’s basketball and volleyball games? (Oh, come on, I know I’m not the only one here!)
You’ve asked, and it’s here! Beginning 12/5/08 (the beginning of the 8th grade Basketball Tournament), All Saints will offer a prepaid Admission Punch Card for the gym. The card will be for sale at the concession stand, and you may write a check for it ($22.00 made out to All Saints Athletic Association)
How does it work?
The card contains $22.00 in $1.25, $0.50 and $0.25 denominations. As you enter the gym, the $ will be punched off your card as you spend it.
The card can be used for basketball or volleyball. So if you don’t use all of it this year, hang on to the card for next year!
What if I lose my card?
The card is similar to cash, if you lose it, you will need to buy a new card, or pay cash at the games. We cannot “punch next week for a game today”.
