$475.00 Entrance fee 

Teams must be registered with USSSA.  If your Team is not registered in USSSA, please send a separate check for $30 payable to USSSA, along with the USSSA Registration Form.

4 Game Guarantee – weather permitting

Individual Trophies for 1^st & 2^nd Place

World Series Berths awarded to 1^st & 2^nd Place Teams 

  No refunds unless complete Tournament rain-out, in which case a $100 administrative fee will apply.  AAYO is not responsible for making up games cancelled by inclement weather. 

Tournament Director has the authority to change the Tournament format  or Game schedule as needed.
