10TH ANNUAL X-RAYED GOLF OUTING

When?                  Saturday, September 13th, 2008
Where?         BlackHawk Golf Course, Beaver Falls, PA
Tee Time:         8am (Shotgun Start)

The cost is $70 which includes golf, cart, a hot dog at the turn, hot buffet dinner & prizes. Our goal is 100 golfers (Men and Women), so your friends and family are welcome to join us. Just return the entry form along with payment to Tim Jula. Need more info?
