Waiver forms

There are different types of waivers for Little League:
IId-when a player moves from a league boundaries but wants to continue to play with that league.
Residency waiver-good for regular season only when a player lives outside of league boundaries
Charter waiver-Not available online; will be filled out at the time of registration; ask a board member for this information.
