November 21st at Kingdom Courts

• Sign-in and stats/evalutions (come 20 minutes early to allow time for checkin).
• $25 non-refundable tryout fee. check/cash (only $20 with pre-registration- see instructions below)
• A parent or guardian MUST BE PRESENT for signatures and meetings
• 9:00am - 17s & 18s ALL player sign-in and stat/evalutions (30min)
• National team selection followed by Region team selection
• 10:00am - 15 & 16 ALL player sign-in and stat/evalutions (30min)
• National team selection followed by Region team selection

Everyone - please bring the following with you to tryouts:

• A parent or guardian MUST BE PRESENT for signatures and a short meeting
• Copy of you BIRTH CERTIFICATE (If you have not registered with USAV in Arizona before)
• Signed and completed USAV Registration form (front and back)
• Signed and completed Medical Release form from the the AZ Region website
• $25.00 non-refundable tryout fee; cash or check made out to KINGDOM COURTS
• Completed AZ Sky player information sheet 
• Print out of 'Tryout Registration Form' from Signuptoplay.com if you pre-registered for tryouts (highly recommended)
• Don't forget knee pads and court shoes

For Junior athletes, to speed thing up at the tryouts, we would like everyone to pre-register on the internet and bring with them a printout of the Tryout Registration Form which will be produced when you register.

To pre-register, you will need to go to Signuptoplay.com and follow these 4 steps:

1. On the Signuptoplay.com log-in page, you will either log-in with your user name and password if you have one, or you should follow the instructions under the words 'Create an account'.  12's please see note below.
2. Once you have logged in and/or created a new account, you will come to a screen that says 'Volleyball Online Registration'.  On the left side of the page is a list of things you may select from.  Select 'My Info' and verify that all of the information is correct.  If you make any changes be sure you click on the 'Save' button before exiting the 'My Info' area.
3. Select 'Tryouts' from the list on the left.  Follow the instructions on the screen to register. 
4. When you have completed registering, print out a copy of the 'Tryout Registration Form' and bring this form along with you to our tryouts.

NOTE FOR 12 YEAR OLDS AND YOUNGER: If you are registering a player how is 12 years old or younger, Internet laws require the registration program to verify that a parent is submitting the information.  This is done by having the parent submit a credit card to a verification service (paypal is used in this case.) Once you have completed that verification, you will need to return and complete the registration process on Signuptoplay.com.  The verification process does NOT register you for tryouts, nor does it create an account on Signuptoplay.com.  Read the information on Signuptoplay.com carefully.
