We have decided to return to our more traditional method for registration. Select the appropriate registration form, then choose one of the registration methods below.

1) Download the registraion request form, fill in the blanks, and email it back to auntrosies@roadrunner.com. You will still need to submit your entry fee to complete the process, but it will allow us to start processing your team sooner. It also ensures that we get your information accurately. (Please save your completed form as "age group" and "Team Name", i.e. 12U NY Yankees Blue)

2) You may download and print the registration request, fill it out, and mail it in with your entry fee. This option may result in a delay in processing your registration request.

10U Registration

All 16U & 18U teams must submit the "Player Profile" form for their team by May 1, 2011(you may submit a revised profile up to 2 weeks before the start of the tournament). Please return the completed for by email as an attachment.

The "Worksheet" is for the individual players to collect information. Please do not submit these sheets.

This form is for 10U, 12U, 14U, and OPEN Division teams only. All 16U and 18U teams must use the "Profile" form.
