3. Scott Sawyer (1981 - 1982) During his two seasons quarterbacking the Trojans, he passed for 3750 yards.
4. Chris McGhee (2002 - 2004): Is listed third on the career win mark behind Will Crenshaw and Adam Gatlin as a starting quarterback with 20 over two and half seasons. Has the best winning percentage of any ASH quarterback. Even though he missed half of his senior season with a broken ankle, McGhee has 20 wins - 10 losses career record as a starter for the Trojans.
5. Will Crenshaw (1991 - 1993): Won two district championships and is a co-record holder with 22 games (tied with Adam Gatlin) won during his three years as a starter. Overall record was 22 wins with 12 losses in three seasons as the Trojan signal caller.
6. Adam Gatlin (1997 - 1999) With 22 wins as a starter, he is tied with Will Crenshaw for most wins by a Trojan QB.
7. Marc Jacobs (1987) Led the Trojans to the quarterfinals with 2094 yards passing his senior season.
8. Daniel Tomlin (1988 - 1989): Was 16-7 as a starter in his two years as quarterback. Including the 1989 were he was 10-2 for the greatest ASH team in history.
9. Clay Jacobs (1990) Led the Trojans to a 7 and 4 mark his senior year.

The Great Families of Alexandria Senior High School
This list will continually be updated. ASH would like to thank all of those parents that have entrusted their kids at ASH. If it were not for the support of our excellent parents, ASH would not be able to consistently place a winning football team on the field each Friday night. We say thank you to all that help make the dream of winning a state championship closer each year.
1. The Crenshaws: Some might consider this family, the 1st Family of ASH. Father: Butch Crenshaw was the 1st Trojan Head Football Coach. The Boys: Buzzy: Former Wide Receiver great. Mike: Former All State Defensive Back and Fullback. Will: Former 3 year starter at Quarterback.
2. The Boniols: There are two set of Boniols that are considered ASH Family Greats.
The Parents: Don (Former Defensive Coordinator for ASH and Head Baseball Coach where he won back to back state baseball championships in 1988 and 1989) and Linda (Former Science Teacher at ASH) Kids: Chris: All State Kicker and former Super Bowl Champion for the Dallas Cowboys. Also played Catcher for the ASH Baseball Team. Mike: Former Wide Receiver and Catcher for the Baseball Team. Went on to serve as LSU's assistant equipment manager.
The Parents: Steve (Former PA of all ASH home Football games and former owner of Cenla Sports) and Carolyn (Former ASH English Teacher and Current Pineville High Librarian) The Kids: Allison: (Former 1990 Mrs. ASH and 1989 Homecoming Queen) currently a Pharmacist and married to Current ASH Baseball Coach and Former ASH Quarterback and 2nd Baseman Daniel Tomlin. Scott: Former ASH Wide Receiver and Quarterback. Currently finishing up his fellowship at LSU-S Medical Center in Oncology. Scott was Co-Captain of the 1991 District Champion Football Team and 1992 Mr. ASH. Shelly: Former ASH Great Softball player and married to Former ASH Wide Receiver Tommy Eskew.
3. The Stokers: The Parents: Butch (Legendary ASH Head Football Coach) and Dena (ASH Social Studies and English Teacher) The Kids: Scott: Former ASH Quarterback that went on to have a successful career at quarterback for Northwestern State. Current Head Football Coach for Northwestern State. Terri:

8 Texada's graduated from Alexandria Sr. High from 1978 - 1997. Greg Texada (1978) was a the starting runningback on Coach Stoker's first football team. He was the first african american member of the Alexandria Sr. High School Student Council and the first black Mr. Alexandria Sr. High in the history of the school. He also received the prestiges "Pat Em On the Back Award". His contributions and popularity is credited with motivating black students to get involved in extra curricular activities and bridging race relations among students and communities. Ricky Texada (1978-1981) was a two year starter on ASH football team as a Defensive back. Ricky was the first black Student Council President and was also Mr. Alexandria Sr. High. He was Who's Who Among High School Students and received the prestigious American Legion Award. Ricky greatest game was returning 2 punt returns back to back against Menard High School in 1980. He received the Ideal Athlete Award. Keith Texada (1980 - 1984) was a 3 year starter for ASH - and is rated as the greatest receiver in the history of the school stil holding all major receiving records. He was All State as a Junior, 2 year All District, Louisiana Top 60 and contributed a 3rd place finish in State on the 800 meter relay team. Keith was also President of Student Council, Who's Who Among High School Students and Mr. ASH. Keith won the class favorite award 4 years straight. Tammie Texada (1993-1997) was a Cheerleader at ASH for 3 years. She was also Homecoming Queen and Mrs. Alexandria Sr. High. Also elected All American Cheerleader along with National Honor Society. Brother Reginald started on the ASH basketball team and avg 25 points per game. All in all, this family had 3 Mr. ASH's, 1 Mrs. ASH, 1 Homecoming Queen, 3 Student Council members with 2 being Presidents, 4 members that letter in sports in basketball, football and track.

The McGhees: The Parents: Louis (Former ASH Assistant Principal and long time ASH Assistant Football Coach) and Ollie (Current Assistant Principal at ASH) Kids: Nick: Went to Peabody High where he was a successful Basketball Player. Chris: Former three year starter at ASH as quarterback. Chris also excelled on the baseball field where he was All State. Chris is now playing baseball for the LSU Tigers.
6. The Madigans: You have to include this family in the list. After all, there was a Madigan at ASH every year from 1969 - 1992.
7. The Jones: The Kids: Charlie: Former All State Baseball Player. Ben: Former All State Football and Baseball Player. Marcus: Former ASH Defensive Back.
