The ASA Thunder Premier are a U11 boys soccer team sponsored by the Arundel Soccer Association (ASA) and are located in Crownsville, Anne Arundel County, Maryland. The team offers a fun and competitive learning environment focused on developing the boys' core technical and tactical skills. For the Spring 2012 season, the Thunder will compete in the National Capital Soccer League (NCSL). NCSL is considered to be the premier boys travel league in the Maryland/Virginia/DC area.
The Thunder are coached and trained by Mike Connor (click here for résumé). Mike is the Junior Varsity Boys Soccer Coach at Archbishop Spalding High School and holds both a USSF National "C" License and a USSF National Youth License. Mike's goals for the boys are to improve their technical and tactical ability, prepare them for high school soccer, and most importantly encourage each boy’s passion for the game.

The Thunder host a number of tournaments throughout the year, including the Heat Cup, Ice Cup, November Cup, and June Cup. These tournaments are a fun, low cost way to begin an exciting new season or cap off another successful year for your team. Cost: $515 or only $465 if paid by the early registration date. (Referee fees included) Memorial Cup discount ends 4/22. June Cup discounts updated below.
Details: All teams are guaranteed 3 games. Games will be 7v7 or 8v8 with 25 minute halves.
