Northern Boundary: The center of the Santa Ana River on the south side. Eastern Boundary: From the center of the center of the Santa Ana River at Van Buren Blvd, go south on Van Buren Blvd. to the corner of Van Buren Blvd and Jackson St, go east then south on Jackson St to the 91 freeway.
Western Boundary: From the center of the Santa Ana River and Tyler St, go south on Tyler St to the corner Tyler St and California Ave, go west on California Ave to the corner of California Ave and Polk St, go south on Polk St to the 91 freeway. Southern Boundary: From the Tyler St exit on the 91 freeway, go east on the p1 freeway to the Jackson St overpass.
