8-10 vs Maplewood @ Mater Dei School, 10am 

9-11 vs Maplewood @ Western Regional Park, 6pm  

Directions:

Mater Dei School-
Take 270 South
Get into the right lane as you approach 495 South towards Virginia
Take the Democracy Blvd exit and bear to the right heading west onto Democracy Blvd
Go past Montgomery Mall
Turn LEFT at the light onto Seven Locks Road
Mater Dei School is on the right, approximately 1/2 mile up Seven Locks Road

Welcome to the 2009 season of the Arbutus Golden EAGLES!

Here you can find information about the Arbutus Golden Eagles Youth Football and Cheerleading program such as season schedules, upcoming events, and other things players and parents need to know. If you've been a participant in the program before, thank you for your continued support of our program – if you’re new WELCOME!

The Arbutus Athletic Association is a member of the MMYFCL (Mid-Maryland Youth Football and Cheer League). The MMYFCL is composed of three divisions. The divisions consist of a National, Federal and American division. All levels have must-play rules.  The Arbutus Athletic Association plays in the National Division. The MMYFCL has strict age and weight limit restrictions. Details of the MMYFCL can be found at http://www.midmarylandfootball.com.

To run a successful program, we must have dedicated people behind it. Our 83 year tradition of pride and excellence has been successful because of our dedicated coaches, coaching staffs, parents and members of our organization. We are looking for more dedicated, enthusiastic volunteers to help us carry on the Arbutus tradition. If you are interested in helping out, please see a coach or your team mom to find out just how you can help. If you are interested in becoming a member of the organization, please attend our monthly meetings at Leon's Restaurant on East Drive the 2nd Monday of every month. The meetings begin at 8:30 p.m. during the football and cheer season and at 8 p.m. on the off season.  Coaches are required to attend our monthly meetings in order to be assigned a team. 

We are looking forward to another wonderful EAGLE season!

Our home field is located at Arbutus Middle School, 5525 Shelbourne Rd
Baltimore, MD 21227.  Parking is available in the front and rear of school. 

Directions to our field:

Take Beltway I695 south to exit 12, Southwestern Blvd. Take first right, then quick left, just past Arbutus Vol Fire Dept. Turn right onto Sulphur Spring Road go through light and Arbutus Middle School is on right about a mile & 1/2 up the road.
