Volunteering & Contacting Us

To run a successful program, we must have dedicated people behind it. Our 87 year tradition of pride and excellence has been successful because of our dedicated coaches, coaching staffs, parents and members of our organization. We are looking for more dedicated, enthusiastic volunteers to help us carry on the Arbutus tradition. If you are interested in helping out, please see a coach or a member of the Board of Directors.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the organization, please attend our monthly meetings at Leon's Restaurant on East Drive the 2nd Monday of every month. The meetings begin at 8:30 p.m. during the football and cheer season and at 8 p.m. on the off season.

Please be sure to follow the designated chain of command. Coach, Athletic Director, President. Contact information for Coaches and our Board of Directors can be found on the 'Contacts' page.
