Hello and welcome to the official web site for All Aspects Baseball and Softball Academy. My name is Bryan Milburn and I am the founder of All Aspects Baseball and Softball Academy. My passion for the game of baseball started when I was a little boy and continues as I coach my sons in baseball.
Teaching our children/players to catch, throw, field, pitch and hit correctly is one of my goals as a coach and instructor. We currently instruct boys and girls that range in age of 5 years old to high school.
We specialize in boys baseball hitting, pitching, fielding and strong arm.
Girls fast pitch pitching, fielding, strong arm and hitting.
We have an excellent updated Strong Arm Program for boys and girls. If you are looking to build velocity as a pitcher or build a stronger arm as an infielder or outfielder for this season or next season....this is the program for you !!!

Current baseball and softball instructors:
Bryan Milburn: Head boys baseball instructor. Click on "Instructors" at top of page for biography. Covering all aspects of baseball. Throwing, catching, pitching, hitting, position players (infield, outfield, catcher & pitcher) base running, stealing and more. Strong Arm instructor.
Nick Pezzuto: Head High School / College baseball instructor. Click on "Instructors" at top of page for biography. Covering all aspects of baseball for players going into high school, currently in high school and college players. Also an instructor for younger players and strong arm. Currently coaches at Homewood-Flossmoor.
Jim Penney is our Lead boys baseball instructor. Jim has coached in the Crete and Steger area for 13 years and shares the same passion for the game of baseball that I have. Expertise in pitching, throwing, fielding and hitting.
Ryan Isaac baseball instructor. Ryan has college baseball experience and his expertise is the catcher position, hitting, fielding and throwing.
Tom Herr baseball pitching instructor. Tom has over 18 years pitching experience. Currently pitches in a 25 and older league & 30 and older league.
Len Funk is our Head girls softball instructor. Len has over 25 years experience in coaching boys baseball and girls softball. Coaches locally at Marion Catholic. Expertise in girls softball pitching, hitting and fielding. Strong Arm instructor.

It's really important to start considering what you're going to do to prepare for the Spring baseball season. In other words ... NOW is the time to start mapping out an off-season training / throwing plan that will allow you to be successful in the coming months.
At All Aspects we have hitting drills that help build muscle memory and teach the proper mechanics for a good healthy swing. Hit line drives verses pop ups. We use no 
Learn from one of the best softball instructors in the area. Len Funk has over 25 years experience and coaches locally at Marion Catholic. Len teaches from the ground up. Proper mechanics and teaches the fundamentals to acheive results.
Drills to work on fielding ground balls, footwork, quick hands and more !! Proper placement of glove, hands, feet and technique to properly throw the ball. The program is open to baseball and softball players ages 7-16.
This group hitting clinic will have drills to work on proper mechanics of hitting. Good balance, loading of the hands and stride. Instructors will do drills off the tee, soft toss and instructors will pitch. No pitching machines used at ALL ASPECTS !!!
