The Arlington Bandits Baseball team traveled to Mechanicsville, Virginia this past Memorial Day weekend (May 24-26) to participate in the State USSSA 11U Division AA baseball tournament. The tournament was comprised of 30 teams from throughout the State of Virginia. The Bandits took the 5th spot in the State Tournament posting a 4 Win and 1 Loss record.
The Bandits completed pool play with a 3-0 record defeating the Tidewater Drillers, Chantilly Raiders and Virginia Vipers advancing to the single elimination Championship Bracket with the top 16 teams. The Bandits, seeded 7th defeated the Hampton Roads Hurricanes in the "Sweet 16" round game. In the quarterfinals the Bandits lost to the Blue Ridge Bombers 4-2.
The Arlington Bandits Baseball team is currently ranked 28th in the Virginia USSSA 11U Division AA rankings.
Arlington Little League is represented by Cameron Anderson, Lucas Dolan, Graeme Fineman, Patrick Girard, Hunter Gray, James Mellin, Bennett Nagurka, Chris Seymour, Caleb Stuffle and Head Coach, Bart Gray.
