HELP WANTED

Parents:

Would you like to get more involved with Arlington Girls Softball Assn.?

We have two important jobs that need to be filled.

The first is Umpire-in-Chief, who serves as AGSA Youth Umpire Coordinator and is responsible for recruiting, training and scheduling young women and men to umpire AGSA Pigtail games in the Spring and Fall. There are typically about 35 games each season. Most games are played on Saturday afternoons at Arlington Traditional School.

The second is Registrar/Webmaster. Yes, after five years and my daughter's retirement from softball I am ready to hang it up, too. If you are handy with a computer, particularly Excel, and you can spend some time handling registrations at the beginning of each season, this job is for you.

I don't want to get into a long-winded job description but if you're interested in either job, give me a call at 202-615-9834 or email me at paul.merrion@verizon.net .

We really do need your help!

Paul Merrion
AGSA Registrar and Webmaster
