Club volleyball is starting up for the 2010 season. We have had initial try outs for all ages :
We still have opening for the following teams
13's = 2 to 5 players
14's = 2 to 4 players
15/16's = 2 to 4 players

SPORTSMANSHIP - What is it? DO I have it? How do I show it?
Ask yourself -
Do I have Commitment, Drive and Determination.
What are my goals in volleyball, club, school and life?
What do I want for me and the team?
Am I contributing all that I can to the team?
Do I consistantly give them my best effort?
Am I honest with myself and to them in what I believe, do and say or am I just going through the motions?
How can I HELP THE TEAM be better ?
What is MOTIVATION and how do I use it?
What is RESPECT and do I give it?
The list is long and will grow as each of you grow. Experience your life, don’t just live it. Prepare yourself for it, don’t just let it happen. Build on your skills, improve and help someone else get better.
