A.C. Baltimore Exits Maryland Cup in 93rd Minute Loss in Semi-Finals
A.C. Baltimore today (November 21, 2010) narrowly missed the Maryland Cup Final losing 3-2 to Peru F.C. in a semi-final match held at Bonvegna field in Canton.  ACB went down 1-0 in the first half before battling back and equalizing off a header from Eric McPhee.  ACB again saw themselves a goal down early in the second half before battling back once again to equalize 2-2 off a goal by Abdul Bashir.  ACB then held the score-line and continued to threaten though the remainder of the second half and deep into stoppage time before suffering the extreme heartbreak of conceding a third goal in the 93rd minute.  The final whistle was blown seconds later.  It was a tense encounter with multiple injuries and several on-field exchanges between teams.  ACB was unlucky and looks forward to playing Peru again soon.
