A.C. Baltimore: Welcome
NOTICE: A.C. BALTIMORE has folded. Thanks for everyone's support, especially Nobles Pub in Federal Hill. Thanks to all the players who have played with us over the past five years. It's been a great run boys!!!
Many A.C. Baltimore players have moved onto other clubs, particularly Baltimore Celtic F.C., which is now home to more than ten former A.C. Baltimore players. That team's web-site is www.baltimorecelticfc.com
This web-site will remain up until the account expires.
A.C. Baltimore is an Association Football (soccer) club founded in 2006 and based in Baltimore, MD.
The Club, through its various teams, comprises players from the United States, England, France, Honduras, Liberia, Nigeria, Panama, Portugal, Tunisia and Somalia(Bantu). Our Men's Unlimited team competes in the Maryland Major Soccer League (FIFA, USASA and MSSA affiliated) in the fall, the Anne Arundel Rec. League in the spring and the following Cups in the winter: the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup, the US Amateur Cup, The DiMarco Cup, The Rowland Cup (Maryland Open), the Stewart Cup (Maryland Amateur), and the MMSL Inter-Divisional Cup. In the summer, we compete in various tournaments, such as the annual Mayor's Cup. In addition, we play one session of indoor each winter from November through February at Myers Pavilion in Baltimore City.
A.C. Baltimore was named AEK Baltimore FC after AEK Athens FC for the first four years of our existence and we continue to honor our origins and past achievements by wearing the double-headed eagle of AEK as the club crest on our jerseys. For a more detailed history of our club please refer to the first article at the bottom of this page "A Brief History of the Club."
A.C. Baltimore does not conduct formal practices; instead, some of our players participate in a semi-weekly pick-up game with players from other teams as well as more casual players on Saturdays that is confirmed or cancelled each week via a poll. If you are interested, we are always looking for more players, so join here:
