'96 Georgia Battle Cats: Welcome

'96 Goergia Battle Cats are joining the GEORGIA IMPACT ORGANIZATION!!!!! We are very excited about our new affiliation and can't wait to get started! Tryouts will be August 16th in McDonough at the Salem Baptist Church. The address is 1724 Hwy 155 N. Please arrive by 1:00pm for registration and warm-ups. The fields are about 1 block north of the church. There will be signs directing you. If you have any questions or need a private tryout, please contact Vance Medlam at 770-480-6962.

Welcome to the '96 Georgia Battle Cats Site!

We are a 2nd year 12u team for the 2008-2009 season. Our team has 7 returning players and we have added 4 new great players to add to our already strong roster. We will be playing primarily ASA "A" tournaments next Spring and Summer. Our primary focus is, was and always will be working on fundamentals, challenging each girl to do her best and have fun while doing it.

Our goals for this year are to earn a berth to ASA "A" Nationals in Normal, IL (done),  earn a berth to the Hall of Fame Tournament in Oklahoma City, OK (done) and win ASA State!

Our team is complete and ready to roll! We kicked off our season March 21st with a volunteer day at Bay Creek Park with the Special Needs softball team. It was an incredible experience for all of us and we wish we could do it alot more! We parents were so proud of you all for jumping right in and lending a hand.
