| BIO: Steve Crum comes to the Crossfire organization after spending three years with the Texas Tech University Women’s Soccer Program. He most recently served as director of soccer operations where he was in control of coordinating the day-to-day operation of the women’s soccer program.
Prior to arriving at Texas Tech, Crum served as associate head coach for the women’s soccer program at the University of Idaho, where he spent five years. Steve has 11 years experience as a staff coach for the Region IV Olympic Development Program. His last stint was as the head coach for the 1992 age group in 2005. Steve also served as a state team head coach in Idaho and Washington.
While growing up in the Lake Washington Youth Soccer Association, Steve actually played on one of the original "Crossfire" teams. He began his coaching career with LWYSA in 1991 as head coach of the first female "Crossfire" team. Crum’s vast coaching experience includes time as head coach for the girls program at Eastlake High School, the boys program at Bellevue High School, and many years with various youth and collegiate teams.
Steve has a National "A" Coaching license from the United States Coaching Federation. Steve is married to Jamie Crum, and recently welcomed their first son to their family. |

| BIO: Jamie Crum, formerly Jamie Woods, was an assistant coach for the Texas Tech Red Raiders. Crum played for the Red Raiders from 1996 to 1999 and received her bachelor of science in exercise and sport science with a minor in English from Tech in 2001.
As a player, Crum was a two-year captain and a mainstay of the Tech defense, starting 67 career-games and registered five points on two goals and one assist.
Crum brings a variety of soccer experience to the staff, having coached and played at many levels of the game. Prior to returning to Tech, she served as an assistant at the University of Northern Colorado (Division II) and helped lead the team to an appearance in the NCAA tournament where the Bears advanced to the round of 16.
During the summer of 2001, Crum played for the USL W1 League Ft. Collins Force; in addition to playing she was the head coach for the reserve team. Crum has helped local teams by leading the U17 girls of the Lubbock Elite (Youth Soccer Club) and the U16 Lubbock Ice after serving as an assistant for the U14 girls team.
A native of Albuquerque, N.M., Crum attended Sandia High School in Albuquerque where she was a two-sport athlete lettering in soccer and football.
As a licensed member of both the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) and the United States Soccer Federation (USSF), Crum is active on the national soccer scene. She holds her USSF B license and NSCAA Adavanced National Diploma.
Jamie was married to Steve Crum in June of 2005 and welcomed the birth of their son, Carson, in May of 2007.
