Spark Hometown Christmas Parade!
It was cold, but fun. All the cubs looked good and did a fine job representing our pack.
The spirit of Christmas and family was in the air, with everyone in santa hats, elf hats, and even an antlered Weblo there to share in the event. Forming up not once, not twice or even thrice, but four times! was met with good natured laughter and patience in keeping with the cub scout way.
A little caroling was attempted and embraced by some, but met with horror by others. Adults can be SO embarrassing sometimes. :)
We had the Air National Guard behind us and a bunch of llamas in front. The guard was great and let us take some picks with them and the llamas were...... interesting to walk behind, though the city did an admirable job at cleaning up behind them so the land mines were few and manageable.
The Parade was a lot of fun and a great success.
