This weeks practice schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 to 8pm.  Have a great Labor Day!!!

Turns out that Lion's will eat just about anything, including nasty little Gators.  I hear they are pretty tasty BBQ'd.  I just wish they would have taken out some of the parents and cheer leaders!

Great game Lions!  We certainly stuck it to the Nay Sayers on the message boards.

Out and Up Graphix ( www.outandupgraphix.com ) is the photograhy company taking pictures for LCP this year.  They were at Vista Ridge and took pictures of our game.

They are supposed to be available for viewing and purchase by 8/31 5:00 PM.

Hello parents,

 I know we don’t have game times yet but we are looking for volunteers to film/scout this weekend. As soon as the schedule comes out we will post the games needed and let you guys pick. We just wanted to get an idea on who could do some filming …us coaches put a lot of time into film study to prepare our kids for that weeks game.  Please let us know ASAP.

Parent some of you asked me about this drink I was giving my son this weekend at the scrimmage and I told you I would get this information to you. Well it is call Hydrade and below you can see the nutrional comparison. If anyone would like a case just let me know and I can get Brian Jones to drop it off to me. Brian played football for the Texas Longhorns, Los Angeles Raiders, Indianapolis Colt, and the New Orleans Saints…he is now a CBS Sports College Football Analyst.

The price is $14.00 a case. You get 12 Hydrade drinks to a case so that is only $1.17 each.

Remember practice is tonight from 6 to 8.  Please be there 30 minutes early to pick up incase practice ends early.  Also, if anyone is interested in a Lion’s hat please let me know.  I will be ordering some more.  They are $17.

The Lion's looked really good in the LCP Jamboree scrimmage against the Timberwolves!

We proved our lines are solid and we are a complete threat with a great running and passing game.

Make sure the boys are aware of how much better they looked at the end of the game.  While we looked ready to rumble in the "4th quarter", the Timberwolves were ready for a nap.
