ITEMS THAT ARE REQUIRED AT REGISTRATION:
1. Minimum of $100 deposit
2. Wallet size photo
3. Copy of birth certificate and original for verification
4. Utility Bill for proof of residence

The Fine Print
- Participant MUST be present during sign ups. NO EXCEPTIONS
- Participants will be signing up for divisions and not for specific coaches
- Returning players to respective divisions have first priority to numbers but it is not guaranteed. They must attend the scheduled sign up date for that specific division. The League will try its best to accommodate but it is NOT guaranteed.
- Payment Arrangements available (some RESTRICTIONS APPLY)
- Complete registration fees must be paid in FULL BY JULY 1st
- 4 dates will be announced during sign ups as designated payment dates between the last sign up date and July 1. It is the parents responsibility to access website or facebook for dates and to make the necessary arrangements for payment
- Registration fees after July 1st will incur $50 late charge
- Players will not receive practice gear until balance in paid in full
- SAPW has the right to replace players with balances with players on waiting list to fill roster positions
- '11-12 Final Report Card due to Team Parent by July 1
