18U NJ Team Rankings

 This site was created to give a balance of information. In looking at the other sites and forums we have noticed a lot of misinformation, hopefully we can clear some of this up.

We intend to give a fair and reasonable view point. We do consider winning, losses and strength of schedule. (note: in all of sports some teams will have one that got away, that does not mean that one team is better then another, sure on that day, yes, but in the long haul no)

7. West Jersey Witches Gold (BB), was just informed that Coach Benidette has retired, we would like to thank him for his many years of service.

What we find amazing is teams that try to build their reputation on a very weak schedule. What is most impressive about some teams in NJ is their willingness to face the BEST in the nation EVERY WEEKEND. These teams seem to send players to college that are well prepared their freshman year.

One special note: in NJ there are over 95 18U travel teams. This has caused a huge delusion of talent. And a bigger problem in just simply fielding a 12 girl roster. Unfortunately some travel parent coaches will resort to lies and what ever other means necessary to field a team, including finding forums to spread there venom.

Voting teamz network, we will not have another 18U poll till Jun 25. Yes, we are aware of some players moving around over the winter, but for most of the organizations  this just seems to be typical for this time of year. So this will remain as the final pre-season poll
