Pride Commitment
We are a 16U fastpitch team sanctioned by The Pride Organization. We have a solid team of athletes which have the athletic ability, heart, desire and drive to be champions in 2009. The goal of the 16U Pride is to compete at the highest level, provide our players opportunities for growth and exposure, and create an environment that challenges and motivates players through hard work, encouragement and positive re-enforcement. In addition, a strong emphasis will be placed on the importance of academic excellence, good sportsmanship, and positive behavior.
Our ultimate goal for this 2009 season is to compete at the highest level in major tournaments throughout California and the Nation. Each player is coached to be part of the team, to have fun, enjoy the sport, recognize the importance of teamwork, and to encourage and support each other. Our coaches are guided by the principles that inspire and motivate individuals to perform to their highest potential by building confidence, self esteem, and setting the example by demonstrating proper fundamentals and advanced level techniques.
Our sponsorship from MIZUNO has continued to strengthen our organizations path to athletic and academic excellence.
