Tryouts for 2009 Season

Tryout/Evaluation dates for the 2009 Travel are scheduled as follows:

Where: Jacques Field, 293 West Main St , Millbury, Ma. 01527 (Directions below)

All age Groups 10am - 1pm

Jacques Park:

From the Mass Pike (I-90):

Take exit 10A to Route 146 South. Once on Route 146 South, take the W Main St/Millbury exit. Go straight off the ramp to the next stop sign (it’s a confusing intersection but you will follow the sign for West Main street/Bramanville). Take a right at this stop sign on to West Main street . Go approximately 1 mile, bear right at the Fork in the road (staying on West Main Street ). Go past the Fire station, and the boat ramp and Lake Singletary (all are on your left). Bear right at the fork (staying on West Main street ). As you go down the hill, the entrance for Vincent Jacques Memorial Park will be on your right. It’s a small driveway, easy to miss, hopefully there will be signs up, Jacques is a little over 2 miles from route 146.

From the South:

Take Route 146 North to the W Main St/Millbury exit. At the end of the ramp take a left at the first set of lights, bear left at the fork on to West Main street . Go approximately 1 mile, bear right at the Fork in the road (staying on West Main Street ). Go past the Fire station, and the boat ramp and Lake Singletary (all are on your left). Bear right at the fork (staying on West Main street ). As you go down the hill, the entrance for Vincent Jacques Memorial Park will be on your right. It’s a small driveway, easy to miss, hopefully there will be signs up, Jacques is a little over 2 miles from route 146.

From Route 140 west:

Follow route 140 west to Grafton center take left (after common, at blinking yellow light) onto Millbury St, Millbury St becomes Grafton St, Grafton St becomes Canal St, take right at stop sign (in front of CVS), bear to the left of the Sunoco station at next set of lights, (Elm street), Go straight through the next set of lights in Millbury Center. Go over the bridge, stay to the right at next set of lights, and bear left at the fork, after going under bridge (route 146), on to West Main street. Go approximately 1 mile, bear right at the Fork in the road (staying on West Main Street ). Go past the Fire station, and the boat ramp and Lake Singletary (all are on your left). Bear right at the fork (staying on West Main street ). As you go down the hill, the entrance for Vincent Jacques Memorial Park will be on your right.
