OUR MISSION The 14U Stingers are a girls fastpitch tournament softball team. Our players are 14 years old or younger. The team is based out of the Fredericksburg, Virginia area with players from Orange and Spotsylvania Counties. The purpose of our team is (in rank order): 1.) BUILD CONFIDENCE! With high self esteem and confidence you can do anything you desire, as long as you are willing to work hard at your goals. Our girls know they can hit a ball, they know they can strike you out and they know they can become the next president of the United States.... 2.) Instill, support, foster and encourage CHARACTER. (Additional details to follow on making a high school team - the scouts survey will amaze you... ) 3.) To improve and develop the softball skillset of each and every player thereby providing the foundation for High School participation. |
