Longhorns Win THIRD Straight Tournament - Take the Battle of Bull Run
The Loudoun Longhorns are on quite a roll, capturing their third straight tournament victory this weekend at the USSSA Battle of Bull Run. On the first day of pool play competition, the Longhorns defeated the Prince William Express and Sterling Xplosion to captureto 2 seed for Sunday Championship play. The Longhorn went on to defeat the Valley Diamond Dawgs, and Virginia Outlaws to set up a rematch with the Sterling Xplosion for the Championship. The Xplosion lived up to their name, posting 5 runs in the top of the first with impressive power. The Longhorns answered with 10 runs in the bottom of the first with some fireworks of their own. Both teams settled in after the 1st and the game ending with only one additional run being scored. Great job boys! ALSO.............. The Longhorn team put on quite a show during the Battle of Bull Run HR Derby. Congratulation to Caleb "BAMBAM" Barnes for winning the 11U Home Run Derby. Caleb put on a show for the crowd and won the title in a "Bat OFF". Caleb smashed SEVEN HRs on the night. The "Mash" Boys below!

Longhorns repeat as Spring ECTB Champions on Fathers Day
Following up on their recent USSSA Virginia State Championship, the Loudoun Longhorns have repeated as ECTB Old Dominion Champions. The Longhorns beat three of the finest baseball clubs in Virginia - the Chantilly Chargers 4-2, the Gainesville Cannons 2-0 and the Fauquier Mustangs 9-4 - to repeat as ECTB ODBL Champions. The team is pictured above with Dads, Grand-Dads, and Uncles on this very special Fathers Day. Thanks boys! Special thanks to all the parents for making this another great season. The Longhorns will be heading to Myrtle Beach in late July to compete for the Triple Crown National Championship!

Loudoun Longhorns WIN USSSA STATE CHAMPIONSHIP!
The Loudoun Longhorns brought home the USSSA AAA Virginia State Championship this weekend with some great pitching, solid defense, and dominate hitting. During Saturday pool play, the team got off to a great start by beating the powerful Winchester Wild 12-1. In the second game, the Longhorns struggled a bit, falling to the Tidewater Bombers 9-1. Despite the loss, the Longhorns ended up the # 7 seed in the Championship bracket. On Sunday, the Longhorns got a shot at redemption by playing the Tidewater Bombers again. This time, the boys came out mashing the baseball, scoring 17 runs in their first Championship bracket game and downing the Bombers 17-6. In the second game, the Longhorns bats stayed hot and the team cruised to a 12-3 win over the Greenbrier Panthers. In the Championship game vs the Augusta Swarm, the Longhorns posted 5 runs in the first inning and never looked back. Despite a late game charge, the Longhorns were able to close out the Swarm 14-11. Congratulations to the boys for a hard fought Championship!

Loudoun Longhorns Thank Paul VI Baseball For All Their Support!
The Loudoun Longhorns presented Coach Billy Emerson and the entire Paul VI Baseball Coaching Staff with plaque of appreciation for all their generous support. The boys would like to thank Coach Emerson, Coach Nolan, Coach Salgado, Coach Carullo, Coach Ciatti, Coach Davidovich and Coach O'Donnell for their guidance and mentoring!
