Nordic Information Handouts Added to Site
Check out the 2008 Nordic contact list, financial commitment and meet schedule documents located in the Handouts section of this website. The Nordic contact list contains the names of the coaches, captains, captain parents and other key volunteers. The financial commitment explains the monetary commitment for skiers. And finally the meet schedule is available (dates/times/locations can change).

Nordic Ski Fall Kick-Off Meeting
A Nordic Ski Season kick-off meeting will be held on Monday, November 3rd in the Jefferson High School Cafeteria at 7:00 PM. This meeting is for returning skiers, new skiers, prospective skiers and it is important for parents to attend as well.
Nordic ski is open to grades 7-12. No previous ski experience is necessary. This sport is lots of fun and is great for maintaining your fitness over the winter. Runners can talk to captains Jake Sandry, Ben Koke, Miranda Gillaspie or Hannah Anderson or coach Jack Collis for more information.

Captains Practices Begin
Captains practices started Monday, October 26th. Skiers are to meet at 2:45 PM in the Jefferson High School Activity Center. Bring clothes for both outdoor and indoor.

Nordic Car Wash Held - July 19th
The Nordic Car Wash was a success. We had a beautiful warm (not hot) day to wash cars, chat, eat and have a little fun. Thanks to the organizers for making this fundraiser go smoothly.

Feel free to reach out to the new captains for more information on the program. We welcome skiers from the middle schools as well as incoming Jefferson freshmen! No experience necessary. Nordic (cross-country) skiing combines cardio-vascular workouts with the social aspects of club skiing. It is a natural companion to cross-country running.

The Rosters are available on this website in a restricted area, and you must become a member of this website to gain access to these restricted areas. TO JOIN: Click on the Guest Book Button on the left panel and then click SIGN GUESTBOOK. Click on "CLICK HERE TO YOUR PASS TO THE ETEAMZ COMMUNITY".You will need to fill out personal information which will be reviewed by the Webmaster, and when OK'd, you will get a password sent to you at your email address. We hope to have a 24 hour turn around time with this. After you obtain your password, you will be able to view all areas on the site, but will need to enter your user ID and password when entering protected areas.
